Goals Daily Pts Possible:
Drink 6 glasses of water /day 1 pt per glass
5 Fruit & Veg. Servings 1 pt per serving
Keep a food log 5pts/meal-15 max/day
Exercise 1pt/min-30 max/day
Be in bed by 11 p.m. 4 pts-or nothing do or don’t
Weekly Challenge 10 pts or nothing/ do or don’t
Submit point totals on Sun. 10 pts (report before midnight)
For those of you who have asked if your family members can participate…of course they can… the more the merrier!
I do need the following items from each participant.
-your “handle” (your “fake name”)
-your “weekly challenge” suggestion- (i.e. no soda for a week, read scriptures everyday for 10 minutes, do 1 kind act of service for someone every day of the week)
-your “goal” for this challenge (i.e. lose 10 pounds, to get active by working out 5xs a week consistently, to finish this competition)
-your reward – something that you would like to do, give, or a service you will perform for one of the other participants
Concerning Reporting: email me your point total for the week on Sunday by midnight. On Monday, I will post a spreadsheet with the “fake names” and their point totals in the file cabinet.
