I am so excited about the website…It is DONE! And It is ready for us to fully utilize. Some instructions about that….
You can make posts and comments- as many as you like. When you do it, a small window will pop up asking you for your name and for you email address. You can put your FAKE NAME and your REAL EMAIL address. We will all be able to see your name but I will be the only one able to see the email addresses. When you post the first time, it will NOT show your post until I have approved it. After I have approved it the first time, any additional posts made will automatically show without any delay. You just have to remember to use the same name and email that you used the first time. SO…Let’s get busy motivating each other on there!
Week 6 Challenge-
This is a special week because at the end of it will be a tape measuring day! So, make sure that you get in all of your water and keep the salt intake down.
Now, for the challenge…
Eat a salad or raw veggies as your first course for dinner and then have your regular dinner after that…but here’s the catch…NO SECONDS! Keep your portions to the recommended sizes…if you dinner plate is like a pie graph, 1/4 for protein, 1/4 for starch, 1/2 for veggies. If anyone has more up to date information about correct portions for dinner meal please post your thoughts on this site.
