I am setting a weekly date for myself to attend Zumba at the Walton Life fitness Center. The class is on Saturday morning at 9 am and is really fun. Meet me there if you like!

Hello Ladies,

This site is still under construction. Shaun is putting it together for me and he is just about finished. Then I will give each of you access to make posts and comments and the ability to put in your own numbers into the weekly chart with the point results.

As you can see Chipmunk is in the lead with 470 points and Jaba is last with 239 points.

This is a link to a great minestrone soup. It is low fat and I think it’s delicious. To make the tomato puree just blend up a large can of diced or whole tomatoes (I think it’s the 28 oz can) in the blender and add to the soup. I also omit the fresh tomatoes. I double this recipe and we eat it for dinner and lunch the following day.
